Handling & Maintenance:

1. Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)

• Handle in ESD-safe areas with wrist straps and grounded surfaces.
• Sensitive internal magnetics and LED components may degrade from static discharge.

2. Connector Cleaning

• Use dry air or isopropyl alcohol with lint-free swabs to clean contact areas.
• Do not use water or strong solvents that may degrade the plastic housing or LED lenses.

3. Soldering Precautions

• Observe standard through-hole soldering temperature profiles (1-1840860-1RJ45 Multi Connectors are recommended for wave soldering process, peak temperature 260°C for 10 seconds).
• Avoid multiple reflows or excessive preheat durations that may cause shield deformation or plastic warping.
